Privacy Policy
boostmyagents is operated by Breezy Assist. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do not collect. A boost is a purchase of restricted AI capacity, not a charitable donation; it is non-refundable except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash, is not tax-deductible, and expires one year after the boost is confirmed.
What we collect
Supporters (people who buy boosts). Stripe handles your payment through hosted Stripe Checkout, so we never receive your card number. From Stripe we keep a payment reference, the amount and fees, and the developer you boosted. If you add a message, we store it. To limit abuse we may store a keyed, one-way hash of your email or Stripe customer ID, never the email itself.
Developers (people who receive boosts). When you sign in with GitHub we store your public GitHub ID, username, and avatar URL. We do not ask for repository access. We store the identifier and display prefix of your gateway key, never the secret. We record how much capacity each key has used so we can enforce limits.
Gateway requests. For each request sent through the gateway we record technical request metadata: the client software name and version, the feature flags the request asks for, timings, token counts, and error codes. We never record prompt or response content. We use this metadata for billing, reliability, and abuse prevention, and keep it for 30 days.
Everyone. Our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging.
What we do not collect
We do not read your prompts. Requests sent through the gateway are metered for cost and described only by the technical metadata above. We do not inspect their contents, and we do not use them to verify which repository a developer worked on.
How we use it
To run the service: credit boosts, enforce spending limits, detect fraud and abuse, handle disputes, and show public boost badges and dashboards. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
To enforce the gateway limits described in our terms, the gateway checks the structure of each request, such as the model name, the request options, and the names and types of tools. It does not read the text of your prompts, system instructions, or tool results to do this. Rejections are logged with a fixed reason code and never with the content of the request.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics only when you opt in through the Analytics choices
control in the footer. Google is a recipient and processor of this analytics
data for us. When enabled, Google Analytics uses a first-party _ga
identifier and collects session statistics.
This includes approximate geography, such as your state; Google uses IP addresses at collection to derive approximate location and reports that GA4 discards them before logging. It also includes browser and device information and the category of a sanitized public route you visit.
We use these statistics to understand how the public site is used and to improve it. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. You can withdraw your choice at any time with the Analytics choices control in the footer.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), GitHub (sign-in), Anthropic (model requests, sent under their API terms), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Payment and ledger records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. You can delete repository recipients from your dashboard. To delete your developer account, contact us; we remove your account and keys but keep the ledger records we must retain. Server logs are kept for a short, rolling period. Technical request metadata is deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can delete repository recipients from your dashboard. To delete your developer account, or to access or delete other data about you, contact michel@breezyassist.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
