How the pool is released
Every Monday at 09:00 UTC. Each run releases the lower of 10% of the opening pool balance and $30.00 for each eligible repository. Of that release, 20% is shared equally and the remaining 80% is score-based. Each repository is capped at $50.00. The $30.00 for each eligible repository only sets the size of the release and is not a per-repository amount or cap. After the cap, a final amount below $1.00 is not distributed, is not redistributed in that run, and stays in the pool. The cap, the minimum, and rounding can leave the allocated capacity below the release. A repository that has never received a direct boost or pool allocation gets the full utilization term, 5 points, until its first one; after that, its measured utilization is used. A release is not a promise that any repository receives an allocation.
A repository is scored only when every gate passes:
- The recipient is an active repository with a gateway key.
- Its claimant and current repository owner are not operator accounts.
- Its latest stored badge check found the boostmyagents badge.
- Its remaining capacity is below $100.00.
- Its latest public GitHub read did not find the repository gone.
- Its stored score inputs are no more than 14 days old.

- Welcome capacity is included in coverage but excluded from supporter totals.
- Payment processing and platform fees are excluded from net AI-capacity amounts.
- No prompts, request logs, or individual calls are published.
